Terms of Service of Learnze

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Learnze UF, a company registered in Sweden, governing your access to and use of Learnze’s online educational services. By using Learnze, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

To use Learnze, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and you agree not to share or transfer your account to others.

Learnze offers subscription plans and one-time purchases. All prices are displayed in euro and include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Payments are securely processed by third-party providers, and Learnze does not retain complete payment card information.

You are entitled to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days of payment for a full refund, provided that you have not fully used or downloaded the purchased service. After this period, refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time. In cases where Learnze is unavailable due to technical issues on our side, we may, at our discretion, offer refunds or credits for lost access.

You agree to use Learnze only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or resell Learnze content without authorization, interfere with or disrupt our services, or attempt to bypass or disable any security measures.

All Learnze content, including materials, branding, and design, is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to Learnze or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Learnze shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Sweden.
